Albert Rizzo. Mr. Rizzo received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University in 1984 and his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law in 1987. He is a Sustaining Member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where he has lectured for, and served on, the Lawyers in Transition Committee. He is also a qualified member of the New York City Bar Association’s Legal Referral Business and Corporations Panel, the Employment and Labor Panel and Real Estate Panel. He was a also a Visiting Scholar at New York University in 1985. Mr. Grieco has practiced with law firms in New York and Italy and has lectured and taught on civil law and International business law at the University of Rome and the European School of Economics in Rome, Italy. His practice areas include Italian corporate law, competition, mergers and acquisitions, banking law and public works and procurements. He has authored several publications in Italian and foreign juridical reviews.
