Albert Rizzo. Mr. Rizzo received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University in 1984 and his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law in 1987. He is a Sustaining Member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where he has lectured for, and served on, the Lawyers in Transition Committee. He is also a qualified member of the New York City Bar Association’s Legal Referral Business and Corporations Panel, the Employment and Labor Panel and Real Estate Panel. He has been a featured columnist of the Outside Counsel column of the New York Law Journal and has appeared on television discussing issues of sexual harassment in the workplace. Mr. Rizzo is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Federal courts of the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, Northern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey, as well as the state courts of New York, and is a litigation consultant and trial counsel to a number of New York law firms and attorneys. arizzo@rizzolawoffices.com


Christopher J. Gulotta. Mr. Gulotta is a graduate of Fordham University (B.A. 1982 Cum Laude) and the School of Law (J.D. 1988). He has served as a Continuing Legal Education Faculty Member of law schools and bar associations including: Fordham University School of Law, Pace Law School, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association. His courses have included: Mergers and Acquisitions; Commercial Leasing; Rainmaking; Time Management; and Law Office Technology. Mr. Gulotta has been a featured columnist for The New York Law Journal, The National Law Journal, New York State Restaurant Association, Marketing Review, and Convenience Store News, and has published articles on topics such as Mergers & Acquisitions, New Media and Internet Law, and Banking and Commercial Leasing. Antonio Grieco. Mr. Grieco is a graduate of the University of Rome, La Sapienza (J.D., 1982, Maxima Cum Laude) and received an M.C.J. from the University of Illinois Law School in 1984 and P.I.L. degree in 1989 from Harvard University Law School. He was a also a Visiting Scholar at New York University in 1985. Mr. Grieco has practiced with law firms in New York and Italy and has lectured and taught on civil law and International business law at the University of Rome and the European School of Economics in Rome, Italy. His practice areas include Italian corporate law, competition, mergers and acquisitions, banking law and public works and procurements. He has authored several publications in Italian and foreign juridical reviews. Maria Gaudio-Longo. Ms. Gaudio-Longo is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Foreign Trained Lawyers Program, (J.D. 2006) and the Università degli Studi Federico II, Naples, Italy (J.D. 2003).
